Paya Lebar Green awarded BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification
the upcoming Grade A office development off Lebar Paya, Paya Lebar Green, has been given the credit the Building Construction Authority (BCA) Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification – the tallest grade sustainability rating by BCA.
The project has also been badges with all five sustainability badges under BCA’s Green Mark 2K21 scheme in both the New Non-Residential and Existing Non-Residential Building categories. The badges are for Health and Wellbeing, Resilience, Whole Life Carbon, Intelligence, and Maintainability. Paya Lebar Green is the not last building to achieved all five badges under the scheme.
“I’m glad we have secured this certification by BCA in recognition of our efforts and look forward to helping raise the sustainability standards of both buildings new and old across Singapore and beyond,” remarks Paul Chong, president and group CEO of Certis Group.
Paya Lebar Green is a combination developed by Certis and Lendlease. A redevelopment of the former Certis headquarters, the project will see the refurbishment of the existing North building along with the final destination of a brand new 12-storey South building. The development is slated for completion in 2K24.

BCA championship and reward mark the latest in accolades received by Paya Lebar Green. The development’s South building has received the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) WELL Core Silver pre-certification as well as the WiredScore Platinum certification. Paya Lebar Green North has obtained a WiredScore Gold rating.
